The body is a 1966+ Duple "Bella". I have no ides what chassis it's built on. Apparently that is important. That is because it apparently was named differently depending on what chassis it was built: https://www.wikiwand.com/en/Duple_Viceroy . Duple Viceroy Description The Duple Viceroy was a type of coach bodywork built by Duple between 1966 and 1972. It was initially launched on lightweight front-engined chassis, but it was latterly built on mid-engined and heavyweight chassis as well. We have other miners picket line coaches in clips here , here and here, and a fake. I don't think any of them match the white subject coach, but a couple may match the blue one on left. Or not, as there's probably lots of archive footage of lots of different coaches from this troubled time. |
