True, only the bumper is strange (is it original?), looks like from the 1980's, so I think can be an Iveco (made by Magirus) as well.

I guess you´re right. The bumper is original, but it seems like it was used during the Iveco-era (1982+)

Can be, but club was not official name, so let's make it 'Club' at least.

EDIT: but MK proposed by Alexander is the most correct, as they were indeed still called this way even in the Iveco (as brand) era.
This bumper wasn't used since begining. In 1983 it still had old one and indicators above the grille (at the cab's edges), these ones were introduced in 1985 or in later part of 1984. Let's make 1985.

Obviously not a real one. In Germany taxis must have four doors

here too ( or sliding doors on both sides for minivan )....just really surprised that somebody would think about putting a taxi sign on a Probe...

It replaces this Chrysler Vision (/vehicle_28597-Chrysler-Vision-1994.html) in that scene, most probably the crash had gone wrong previously, so they had to improvise.
Although the Vision was not a real good choice for a taxi, some Chrysler 300 C models (sedans and wagons) are indeed used as taxis in Germany, probably even in higher numbers than Audis or BMWs, since the taxi business is dominated by Mercedes since the end of WW2 (previously, many Opels were used as taxis).
