Since this is in the UK, this is a 940. This front end was used on the 900 series in Europe. |

No, that's not true at all. But I try to make an effort. I've seen several references from car magazines and pages on the net, and I've also heard some people speak of IMCDB as a trustworthy source of information. I'm trying, to the best of my ability, to make that statements as true as possible. The problem with identifying a car or whatever, is that very little is what it seems at first glance. Legislation, sales organisations, reorganisations and other reasons lie behind model names and manufacurer names. If one just write down a model number, a reader of that "information" can not know if the writer has any other information, or a reason why he/she wrote down that number. The Internet is a great source of information, and there is thus plenty of opportunities to make good references that back the model number that has been written down. If you are able to back the model numbers with a link, or any other information that proves that you know what you are supposed to do, I will believe in you. Personally I have 30 years of experience in tinkling with those cars, and before that I collected car brouchures and magazines. I use these as my sources, and trying to find similar information on the net. Please show us that you're worthy your alias.
