In this film some footage has been reversed so this picture is backwards, the exhaust is normally on the left hand side of the car. The reversed footage is most notable in scenes when the cars come off the start/finish straight and turn to go under Members' bridge. Normally that would be a right hand turn but as they used period footage from many races spliced together and it seems sometimes they reversed the film. You can easily see the reversed numbers on the cars in some shots.
