The Plymouth pictured here belonged to my grandpa at the time. The studio paid him to use his car in the movie. I thought finding this thread about my grandpa's car was really cool. He also owned a Packard the same color as the one pictured above, but I don't recall it being used in the movie. |

Yes, they treated the car well. But my grandpa watched them damage one of the cars with a screw driver and hammer. Possibly the dent in the main car. He cringed about it a bit. |
