It has a mirror on the right-hand side: In Germany that was (at the time) only compulsory for estate cars... optional for sedans though. |

Elsch: I am not sure but I THINK most cars sold in Sweden in the mid sixties were fitted with mirrors on both sides. This SAAB was sold when the Swedes were driving on the left hand side of the road and pretty much all cars sold were LHD. I suppose most Swedes were very interested in what was happening on the right hand side of their cars... |

Indicators not visible means they're at the front. Such models were made 1965 - 68, both 95 and 96 possible but not the Monte Carlo 850 which had different side strips. However MY 1968 had the inside rear view mirror fitted above the wind screen, which indeed ponts towards the years 1965 - 67.
