Saurer-OM indeed based on Tigrotto here a bus of them https://wp.tram-bus-basel.ch/2018/12/30/saurer-om-lc1-tigrotto-nr-6/ Saurer developed engines for OM while OM produced trucks by license. It seems that Saurer rebadged Daino etc. to round off the program downwards.
