Difficult question about a topic where there's a lot of confusion and uncertainty about names used. However it's a wrapround rear window, which seems to have first appeared in early 65 - previously was smaller and flat with solid buttresses on cars made in 63 and 64. First wrapround was apparently chassis BO213, a Stradale delivered March 65 to Germany. There were probably only 16 Grifo A3 Stradales made, with the first 8(?) being flat roof; one source says there were 25 Drogo-bodied Grifos, but I think that figure includes prototypes and A3/C racers. Unclear how many A3 Stradales were made for GB or with RHD - there was an early one (BO206, around July 64) originally dark blue for George Abecassis who became UK Iso distributor, which was tested by magazines etc with trade plates 484 PA then proper registration EPG 74B. This apparently had unique wing vents and 4 rear lights and was used for UK brochure photos, and was clearly a flat roof. However there are comments that it went back to the factory in 1965 for conversion to wrapround, and that it was repainted red (date unknown). It survives now - apparently in France and has become blue again.

Change to Bizzarrini came mid-65 (possibly from chassis 0224, initially as Grifo 5300, but quickly altered to GT 5300 when ISO took the Grifo name back) - numbers built between 116 and 133, depending on source and which versions they're including in the totals; no info found how many - if any - were supplied to UK and/or might have been RHD.

So 3 likely possibilities (although other permutations may exist)
[a] 1964 ISO Grifo A3C Stradale chassis BO206 after its alleged roof change, and if its colour change had occurred before 1970 film date.
[b] another ISO Grifo A3C Stradale built during the first half of 1965 from the batch of 8 with wrapround window; chassis B0217 was RHD and supplied to UK, but as far as known was silver in 1960s and is now black vintage racer in US, with no mention of a red phase.
[c] one of the Bizzarrinis from mid-65 onwards.

[a] would fit if the colour change to red happened before 1970 film date and our sighting has 4 rear lights and unique side vent. And provides the best alibi for being seen in London at this point, so is my favourite idea (and because I've got a model of it when it was blue), although impossible to confirm. [b] is possible if any of them were red and happened to be visiting. [c] has numerical advantage, but no info to pursue.

I'd go with ISO as well, purely because of this specific side vent, which was somewhat different on the Bizzarrini's. Not sure if the car here has 2 or 4 rear lights though.. too blurry and dark to tell.

Incredibly rare find as a background car
