I think this is actually an 84 Plymouth Reliant K. The Aries tail lamps were divided into three big sections outlined in silver paint while the Reliant had 7 small sections with no outlining, which is what I see above. I also think that 13 inch wheel cover was new for 84'. I can say with certainty that it is at least an 82' because the 81's had big ARIES or RELIANT logos on the front fender behind the wheel well. |

Stationary rear quarter windows means this one is no older than 1982. 1981s had pop out rear quarter windows (because the main rear door windows did not roll down) |
