While the car itself may not be interesting, it's not so much a random background vehicle, as part of a major plot point, a woman is poisoned at this stage, leading her to become drowsy and lose vision, evident by the blur in the 2nd thumbnail, eventually causing her to step into the street and get hit by a lorry.
