The strips, the shiny C-pillar with DS writing and the hubcap(s) indicate a Pallas version. This new front was indeed introduced in 1967, but that would make it a 1968 model. But it is visible that the new (high and straight) dashboard is fitted, hence it's a 1970 or 1971 model (still the old type of door handles).
