Looks like it was a Solara Vogue edition - autumn 82 run-out model before Sept 82 S2 launch, based on 1.6 LS with fogs, vinyl roof, wheel covers and cabin upgrade. |

Many thanks for posting this, I used to own the Solara and have been wondering what happened to it ever since. It was a 1.6 GLS model, 1980 on a W reg for clarification. Sad to see it was cut up but glad it was at least used for something. |

Plate was very likely ORW 68W We've identified this vehicle using the details you provided TALBOT SOLARA GLS 1980 Registration number: ORW 68W Body type: 4 Door Saloon Colour: White Date of first registration: September 1980 MOT expired on 6 August 2019 which appeared on a Dan’s Action Vehicles 1983 Morris Ital Estate here. |

I can confirm the plate was indeed ORW 68W, comes up as scrapped now on a vehicle check. |
