That is a Rappold hearse, apparently painted by Vincent van Gogh - or by Wolfgang Beltracchi in the style of Vincent van... No, really, I can't tell what chassis that would be.  It's not a W/VF123, because the rear lights would be either different ones or in a lower position. |
