Model year 1971 had big BUICK letters on the middle of the trunklid, under the trunk lock. The 1972 models didn't have those letters. Since it's a 4 door pillared sedan, it's not a Centurion (only available as a 4 door hardtop for the sedan version) but a LeSabre.
