Dublin built Heralds 59-71, and if a Herald looks like 1200 bumpers. But my guess is Vitesse as above - full shiny wheels and maybe wider rear plate light.

It also appears to have Vitesse paint scheme on bonnet. If a Herald the whole top of the bonnet would be white.

^ Not necessarily - Heralds could be single colour with a flash in the Vitesse style, as well as full 2-tone. Herald colour formats are very difficult to unravel, with many unreliable claims made - I had one Herald expert insist that you could split 948cc full 2-tones from 1147cc by whether the side flash was in the top/bottom colour or the middle filling colour. Which turned out to be total pants - it's always the filling colour.

But on the bright side, Vitesses are consistently single colour, with or without a flash.
