 I'm surprised, but strongly suspect it (and the Dennises in the scene) are re-used from London's Burning:

/vehicle_1381900-Volvo-B10-M-B10M-46-1998.html, well this fire command unit is from LB so I suspect the engines in this scene are too. I mean the Volvos from LB have been in other shows and most police cars from the Bill crop up in other shows too.
