That's a Lexus RX 300. Looks like pre-facelift taillights, so 1999-2000. |

Post face lift tail lamps. The fact we can see clear above the tail lamps and below indicate this. A pre face lift only has clear for the reverse lamps which are toward the right side closer to the license plate. |
