If facelifted, it's a Hyundai Accent instead. The Bimantara Cakra, sold between 1996 and 1998, is only available in the pre-facelift 1995-1997 Accent look. The facelifted [X3] model was renamed to its original Hyundai Accent nomenclature, due to Bimantara's bankruptcy in 1998, caused by the 1997 Asian financial crisis and the aftermath of the May 1998 riots, which Hyundai took over much of Bimantara's operations and started their Indonesian business. This is a taxicab, either the 1998-2001 Accent or the later 2001-2005 Excel. Both early Accents and late Excels were used as taxis here during the 2000s. Without a proof, best to list as an Accent.
