Flat hood means 4-cyl or V-6? |

Has to be 82 onwards for that body style doesn't it? |

Yes, 1982-1984 The flat hood doesn't indicate it as a 4 or 6 cylinder. It also could have the V8 with carburator and 160 HP (the Firebird S/E) The rims are definitaly not from a Trans Am and the fender doesn't have fender vents or there isn't the rear spoiler like a Trans Am have. Because of those details I think it's a V6 or L4. |

Most Firebirds from that year were V6 and some had the L4 but the V8 was an option for the Firebird and Firebird S/E. So it could be a V8. |
