Plate might be TGx xxx. If it is, the various Glasgow TGx series were 1957+ so too late for film. But there were some London TGx series which started in June-Aug 56, several being "allocated in blocks", and TGC being "Allocated to Gov't depts". Which would make this brand spanking new for film, and likely a deliberate inclusion instead of random catch.
