This shape of truck started in 1939 (/vehicle_13569-Divco-Twin-Model-U-1939.html) as Divco-Twin, changed the name to Divco in 1944, and lasted almost unchanged until 1986. On the early models the rear box is sloping which makes this one a 1960s or later model. Here is a page showing the van type, probably the actual van used in the film. http://www.hb.quik.com/buzz/ This means it is from 1963 and could be a Model 300C -- but I am not sure about the model.
