New doors: 1965+. New grille: 1966+, but I'm surprised there is no double chevron above that grille... Longer side windows were typical for Spanish built AZUs. There are indicators on top of the front fenders; never seen before, can it be dated more precisely by them? |

Yup, front indicators were added due the change of the law in 1972. For 1973, that AZU has lived a lot... is not in very good condition i see... -- Last edit: 2007-11-22 23:25:30 |

Thanks for this info! Since 1970 French 2CVs had the round indicators, and the Belgian built ones had the rectangular indicators (like on the French 1967 2CV Export) since 1962... I don't think this car is in that bad condition, it looks to me like it's just dirty from all the mud on the streets. |

Well, the front indicators on this van are not original factory. They seems to have been installed anywhere else. The original factory ones are ronund and orange, and are on the middles of the fron wings, like the french built ones. |
