 Undecided. Looks like a heavy Citroën truck, like Type 55/47Di or similar, but that's not a Citroën logo on that, isn't it?

 Could be a late 50's Commer Superpoise.

But think the Citroen mentioned above a better match, specially two vents in bonnet ( hood) .
