Is a BX GTI last series, from 1990 to 1993. With the new Bosch Motronic injection system replacing the K-Jetronic system of the first BX 19 GTI. I owned one like the picture car from 1995 to 2003. It´s identifiable by the hubcaps, and by the front bumper, taked from the BX 16V. The GTI Mk.2 ('90-93), also was fitted with the steering wheel of the 16V. I seem to see the rear spoiler of the 16V... this spoiler was added to the limited edition Ourane. The link ^ suggests Ourane was only available as a turbo-diesel edition, and was not a GTI. |

Maybe it happened thus in France... but in Spain the BX Ourane was available in TD and GTI edition, I remember the price-lists and brochures wen I visited Citroen dealers, and some GTI Ourane was for sale in Spain few years ago. Here is a spanish GTI Ourane> Link to "www.foro.pieldetoro.net" . |
