I searched through historical pictures of LAFD, LACOFD and some surrounding departments, but could not find this exact truck (full-length side doors, no chrome trim on front, 5 side compartments, extended front bumper with dual recessed air horns). If I had to take a guess I would say it's a Spartan chassis with cab by TCM out of Cincinnati, OH, with body and final assembly by Van Pelt in Oakdale, CA.
