Not sure if 68+ lights but none on the roof. Could be merged with the other FX4??

Early lights I believe also the roof indicators are thin enough that they can sometimes not register on film due to blur from movement.

The London scenes all look to be stock footage so earlier than the actual film by some months or more likely years. Not 100% certain from the picture but as the movie was first shown in April 1968 the 1968 changes look unlikely.

The film Doctor Zhivago is being shown in London so probably filmed in about 1965.

Dates are not adding up for the initial London scene-setting clip.

The reflecting plate was permitted as an option from 1968!

Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid (1973) - Released August 1973 in the UK is just impossible.
Doctor Zhivago also re-released 1971 from an internet search - did it run in London until late 1973?

I can only assume 'Inspektor Blomfields Fall Nr.1 - Ich spreng euch alle in die Luft', was re-issued at a later date than 1968 with the London scenes added?
