I've got a comment that wipers cover a larger area after Oct 64, and guess these short wipers don't cover a large area so an early one before SC name adopted, even though it looks shiny and not 10 years old.

I can't be specific on date in this view - it's definitely the basic 2000 which became SC in Jan 67. I've got a comment that wipers cover a larger area after Oct 64, and guess these short wipers don't cover a large area so an early one before SC name adopted, even though it looks shiny and not 10 years old.
