With the wheel design does indicates 1978 SAAB 99 Turbo. |

This is probably not a Turbo, just the wheels. It´s got smaller bumper and older front seats than the 1980-81 99 Turbo Sedans. The 99 Turbo of 78 was only hatchback, so I guess we can only say 1977+ SAAB 99. |
