China and India for the AX, CG's had a very long production life in Brazil (Honda Amazonas) and again China, alongside the myriad of 50-110cc Honda horizontal engines that've powered Cubs & Monkeys of dozens of brands. Order a batch of 100 from AliExpress and you can have your own brand name put on the tank as happens in Pakistan & the middle east, fancy starting Kegare Moto? You could probably do it for less than $5000 US. The AX is dead now (dirty 2 strokes and all that) but the humble CG lives on in fuel injected form in 135 & 150cc, built in numerous developing nations.
