 2008+ rear lights but it's an older model by the side indicators in the fender trim. Plus, 2008+ S8 wheels but no chrome mirrors. More pictures of the exhausts, the front would be welcome.

 Thanks for the thumbs, but unfortunately they don't help much: 2008-09 rear lights and front foglights too, 2008-09 S8 wheels but older side indicators and mirrors. It looks even a L version due to rear door lenght. Quite a messy A8 D3, as usual in movies.
I think it would be easier and quicker to change the rear lights and front foglights than side indicators, so it could be listed as 2005 model to me.
