The important one is the little light blue roadster on the right, a car belonging to Cliff Booth: a Volkswagen Karmann Ghia. For the purposes of the movie no original car (which technically was same as the Beetle), as it was used for several speed and stunt scenes, which the original car beyond any doubt would have never been able to perform (or survive). A Subaru Impreza WRX was used, „covered” with the VW Karmann Ghia body |
