It also says that they couldn't find a folding scooter anywhere (to fit in your boot while they drive you home) so were forced to design and build their own. So perhaps it should be listed as a 'Scooterman SM'.

These belong to the Scooterman, the service that'll drive your car home if you're drunk. In their website they're listed at SM 50, SM 70 and SM 90. It also says that they couldn't find a folding scooter anywhere (to fit in your boot while they drive you home) so were forced to design and build their own. So perhaps it should be listed as a 'Scooterman SM'.
