This is a pair of purpose built Formula Fords for the Skip Barber Racing School pictured here at then Sears Point Raceway. Very similar to a Crosley FF but with significantly more steel in the chassis and footbox to handle the mileage/abuse of a school setting. Pictured here with the 1600 Ford engine and Hewland 4 speed and later replaced w/ a 2.0L Dodge Neon engine. Photo from around 1992-93? |

Listed at the moment as "Unknown Formula Four", but can be corrected as above. This caught my eye as Formula Four was a 1970s UK category using Imp engines - https://www.imps4ever.info/racing/races/formula-four/index.html |
