Most likely. Plants were in: South Korea - production began in 1993. Russia -production began in 1993, 1994, or 1995. Not sure. Germany - production began 1995. Pakistan - production began in 2001. Considering geographic regions I would place a safe bet on your assumption. I also could be wrong. All of this is from researching sources online. |
