It is not especially hard to guess that it wasn’t used in a chase, however 3 stars because it is a house of one of the main characters (even looks like a turtle’s shell ;) ).

Well - 1948 - the first year, if someone see deatils which says that is newer can change this - same if he know, since when they were exported to Japan.

I am not sure that using first year of whole production is good for a car that was produced for about 40 years :D

Well, what can we say is that it's one of the first series between 1949 (Salon de Paris 48 = millésime 49) and 1957 (last YM with small rear window)..
Now, I do not know when first 2CV were exported to Japan ?

J'ai vu le film : la capote va jusqu'en bas de la plaque d'immatriculation arrière, (pas de coffre donc) et il y a les traces d'un clignotant rajouté, visible sur la photo plus haut mais ce clignotant est placé très bas. La couleur d'origine semble avoir été "beige" ou "jaune paille" (on voit bien l'intérieur des portes sans les panneaux dans le film) présence d'un trou en bas de la queue de pie gauche, vestiges d'un feu supplémentaire ? Origine Forest Belgique ?

I was once told that the 2CV was first imported to Japan in about 1952 or 1953.

Additionally, the side markers on the rear C-pillar may have been installed in Japan.
