Not 1948.It is a 23rd series Custom Eight Convertible Victoria 1949-1950 (model 2333) :1948 Custom Eights had 2 side strips placed at bumper height and this is an easy way to make a distinction. |

Almost two year later...but I think Darrin 180 is right. This is not a Custom but a Super Eight Victoria Convertible Coupe [2332]. The Custom had at the lower the trim we see here /vehicle_300941.html |

Agree Super Deluxe Eight. But the link from Vilero is for a 22nd series of '48 to '49 while the phot'ed car is a 23rd series of '49 to '50. None of the 23rd series had the lower door trim. All had the mid level spear. -- Last edit: 2010-08-26 19:14:11 |
