 It is 1990-93 Rover 200-series.

EDIT: It is a little strange one (at least from this distance). For me it has old taillamps with orange indicators, but on the other hand here...

 It's a 1993 car, old rear lights with new front lights (but if we could see the full front it wouldn't have the grille of the 1994 cars or 1993 400).
