Alexander ALX400 bodywork on either a DAF DB250 or a Volvo B7TL chassis. |

It's the fleet number to the bottom right of the destination box that would confirm it, 'DLA' at the start would indicate a DAF and 'VLA' a Volvo. |

I'm specifically talking about the "Alexander" part. |

That says Arriva, it's a travel company (buses, trains etc). |

When new it would have had Alexander and either DAF or Volvo badges, though buses quite often lose their badges after repainting and such like. The ALX400 was also built on the Dennis Trident chassis, though we can rule that out in this case as Arriva London have never operated any. |

Fun fact: Arriva London is part of Arriva, and Arriva is s subsidiary of DB [Deutsche Bahn]. So that bus is actually operated by a german train operator! |
