@130rapid; Are you sure this isn't a 1967? ('Vertical' number plate, tilted i.e horizontal, also wider number plate lamp, the reflection of the bulge next to the lamp, to make the lower part more vertical, upper part is (seemingly) without a bulge, bumper looks damaged but the bars would be the 1967-only tilted type, to make room for the wider engine lid) No back-up lights, I can already hear @rjluna2 typing, but like most other changes to the lights at the time IIRC mandatory by January 1, 1967 so an early 1967 (i.e. sold in 1966) wouldn't necessarily have them. Most US manufacturers would use the new model year a few months in advance for these changes. |
