By the sound (if genuine) the vehicle is equiped with a small 1 or 2 cylinder engine. |

There were something called cyclecars for a while in France, because of tax reasons, I believe. One of those cars were Mochet Link to "www.google.se" which looks rather similar, but not quite similar enough. Were there cyclecars in Italy as well, or did they mostly use scooters? |

I always thought it was a Fiat 1100 Musone modified to resemble a newer 103 series. Recently, I found an old photo of the same car—turns out it's a coachbuilt Fiat 600 D. I can't remember the coachbuilder, but it was probably made by Caprera, Canta or Mantelli (more likely) |
