zodiac ◊ 2026-01-19 23:08	I believe this not a Renault 4, but a Renault 3 because of the lack of hubcaps and the side window, behind the rear door, without glass. Or were there versions of the Renault 4 with that specifications?
dsl ◊ 2026-01-19 23:43	Both R3 and very early basic R4 had the solid rear pillar - seems the only difference was engine (603cc vs 747cc) and the R3 was always grey (3 shades offered consecutively rather than a choice). So if this is blue it's early poverty R4 before the 3rd window from the R4L was standardised for all versions. R3 dropped in Oct 62, which might have been when everything became fully windowed??
