Super Snipe only after the war? |

Super Snipe (no Mk. designation) was also used earlier until 1940 for production saloon cars, with Super Snipe Mk. I 1945 - 1948 Three sources I have found state military staff cars were officially known as 'Snipes'; in War Office nomenclature the word 'Super' was usually omitted from the vehicle model designation although all had the 85-mm bore engine. |
