I found the original stock footage on AM Stock-Cameo Film Library: http://www.amstockcameo.com/clip/46-47.html It seems to have been filmed in the early 1990s judging by the cars. |

Either a 1978 or 79 but leaning towards 78 as I can't make out any trim on the taillights. I want to say it's an SDV. |

It looks more like a wreath around the crest than a V, which would be Fleetwood Brougham |

Initially I thought Fleetwood, but noticed a potential lack of pillar trim, alternatively it's poor lighting. |
