San ◊ 2026-03-20 22:02	Good eye Gag This is actually just BC Electric Transit M404/BC Hydro Transit 3404 in disguise, making this an 1957 CCF-Brill Model CD52A CPTDB wrote Serial: 17257 Status: Retired in 1981 Owned as Historic Bus by Transit Museum Society of British Columbia Notes: Assigned to Oakridge. Renumbered 3404 in 1964. Repainted in special livery for Shopper's Freebus service in 1978. To Metro Transit Operating Company in 1980. Sold to Victoria Historical Railway Society in 1985. Restored to BC Hydro livery in 1990 and used in Transit Centennial events that year. Donated to Transit Museum Society of BC for preservation in 1999. Rob Chew wrote Some of you may have ridden these Brill diesel buses when they were operating in Vancouver from 1957 until 1981. Brill 3404 has been preserved by the Transit Museum Society. Gag Halfrunt ◊ 2026-03-20 22:43	I just read maxp's comment and, knowing that the show was filmed in Canada, thought that a CCF-Brill was more likely than an ACF-Brill with a replacement bumper from a CCF-Brill.
