Seen in many other Panna Rittikrai's films, such as:

If I'm not mistaken, the square angles of the lid and the headlamps bezels over the grille indicate a 1949-53 Willys Jeep CJ-3A. Or at least any later local production based on it, as the fenders are clearly not the genuine Willys ones.

About the most probably same vehicle:
4x4peru wrote This is not a Willys. Very likely built to copy a CJ3A? The body has too much rear overhang, the cowl is too tall, the windshield mounting is custom, the rear fender opening is too low, and the wheels appear to have too small a bolt circle to fit the Jeep hubs. Does not appear to have a traditional front drive hub extending through the front wheel. A copy. It may actually have a WILLYS flathood but too many other items do not look Willys.
