'OHMS' (On His Majesty's Service) used before WD (War Department) so about 1914. RN also on the front so Royal Navy or RNAS (Royal Naval Air Service) Armoured Car Section. 1914 Wolseley 24/30 looks to be very close. http://www.finecars.cc/en/detail/car/154652/index.html edit: The radiator is identical to the Wolseley 24/30 plus the front axle. Except for the slightly deeper lower edge of the radiator the front axle and the bonnet is also the same as the 16/20.
