There was no law which said panda cars had to be 1100 2-doors, but most of them were. And most had a roof box or light so that no-one would think they were ordinary blue cars with a bit of white paint and a door sticker". The narrow door band suggests a dress-up, and I think we've got this one in several assorted sightings, with a selection of screenplates. However I think this sighting reveals genuine plate (despite wrong grille fitted in 2016) - LFK 45J (Sept 70, a year too early for Mk3) - and it's a film rental. And newer sightings - now with correct Mk2 grille - here and here.
