We had a big discussion about Claeys/Clayson naming here, a 1963 example, also in the Lothians (was there a local nest of them around Edinburgh??). This one has clear Claeys logos without Clayson, and as 1959 was a few years before the name change. Have we got the naming arrangements correct?? I don't mind either way and like simple systems over more complicated or overlapping namings where distinguishing between them could cause tears before bedtime, but this is an opportunity to rethink or confirm what we do. |
