Yup, it is, origin is Indonesia, as this is one of the two confirmed IMV cars to be developed in Indonesia (the other was the larger Innova/Kijang Innova), so Made for PE. Not a 2013, this second generation was first debuted in Indonesia for the 2011 MY in November 2011, while other markets (exports) received this generation for the 2012 MY.
