I was thinking it was an M-series wheeled excavator because it has a license plate on it, but the radiator grill on the side makes me think it's a larger tracked machine. I don't know why that would need a plate though.  |

I think in NYS you have to register heavy equipment to drive it on the street (otherwise you'd have to tow the thing around all the time on a trailer) |
